Novacustom sent me a laptop with a non-functioning webcam. I sent it back for a refund upon discovery of the defect three days after receiving it, which is in line with their policies, which is supposedly a "no questions asked" return if made withing 14 days. I was made to pay $400 to return the defective machine, despite it being broken when I received it. Once they received the laptop, they refused to give me a full refund since the webcam didn't work. tldr; Novacustom sent defective merchandise and refused to refund my money even though I returned the machine well within the return window.

I had a bad experience buying a laptop from Lenovo, where I had to return it (which was a very difficult and long process). So buying from a company which actually cares about normal customers (not companies) was a big relief. I am very happy with the customization choices, the ordering process, the communication and to know that there is also put critical consideration into which suppliers are being used. Love my new laptop and have already recommended Novacustom to everybody in my local community.

Meine Erfahrung von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung waren mehr als gut zu bewerten. Eine kleinere Änderung wurde direkt übernommen, nachdem ich vergessen hatte meine Tastatur mit der der Super Taste fest zu legen. Ein super toller Service und vielen Dank nochmals. Ich bin ein absoluter Anfänger in Sachen Linux. Die Verarbeitung und Haptik ist einfach nur hervorragend. Vielen Dank für das mega tolle Notebook.

De laatste ervaring; Eerst nog even gebeld met de helpdesk (echt mens!) voor wat extra advies. Via duidelijk keuzemenu de juiste laptop gekozen. De afleverdag kon ik aanpassen aan mijn wens. Optijd ontvangen, zat goed ingepakt, uitgepakt. Via meegeleverd instructieblad probleemloos geinstalleerd (Linux Mint). Alle gegevens van vorige laptop (ook Linux Mint) overgezet en tot op heden probleemloos kunnen werken/hobbyen. Je moet wel een beetje weten wat alle onderdelen inhouden, maar bij twijfel kun je dus gewoon advies vragen.

Built my dream laptop on nova custom, everything runs flawless, its silent yet performs great. It also look great, nothing flashy, but sleek. Lion in sheeps skin in my opinion

Der Laptop macht was er soll. Funktioniert bisher tadellos. Wir haben nun bereits ein zweites Betriebssystem installiert, er läuft noch immer ^^ Kleiner, robuster Laptop den ich gut ins Büro mitnehmen kann.
