Mixed experience in digital store
I see two significant improvement areas in delivery and online customer service.
I ordered a PS5 online to receive it the next day. When I ordered from Coolblue a couple of years ago, it was delivered by Coolblue, which is why I ordered online. When I saw it had been given to Bpost, it was a red flag for me, and I was surprised. Of course, Bpost couldn't deliver it the next day by claiming a missing address. My address was complete in the Bpost system; that was my full address. I can't generate a longer address for the liking of Bpost. I think Coolblue should use their own delivery services for this kind of delivery.
I contacted three people from Coolblue through online chat. The first person didn't even let me finalize the questions and said goodbye by writing 'with a smile, cool blue.' Only the last person on the 4th of October (their name could be Daniel) helped me by suggesting a real solution. Thanks to Daniel, I got the console and game. 3.5 stars to Daniel.
