Did not receive the service we said we would
I asked CoolBlue for a printer recommendation; I received a recommendation by email, and asked if CoolBlue would take our old printer back once we bought that specific printer. I received an email confirming they would take our printer, as long as it was the same size of the purchased one.
After we purchased the new one, I received an email asking about dates for picking up the old printer. I replied with 3 dates. CoolBlue then replies saying our printer is too small to be picked up.
There was a written email confirming a service linked to purchasing a new printer, which was then refused after we purchased the printer.
We have been using CoolBlue for years at our office, and we will not be using it again.
