We’re really sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately, we are required by customs regulations to attach invoices to the outside of packages. This is beyond our control and is necessary for international shipping.
It sounds like the products you ordered might be restricted in the UK. It is the customer's responsibility to check the legality of items in their country before purchasing. We understand your frustration, but we cannot be held accountable for items seized by customs due to legal restrictions.
