Hello everyone, I ordered stage 1 (0-6 months) cans of babyfood, but received 4 cans that are for babies 10+ months old. I emailed customer support twice about the issue, they simply ignored me. I would have happily sent back the items and get a refund or the items I purchased. I have proof, pictures of the original order, the items they sent, the box in which they arrived, etc ... It is easy to 'jovial' when everything goes well. I will not shop here again. For you, I recommend https://organicsbestshop.com/ .

There was one item i couldn't find in the list. I sent the request it was added immediately. Delivered on time and in perfect shape.

Ben erg tevreden over de snelheid waarin onze bestelling is geleverd. En alles ook netjes verpakt. Wel jammer dat de website waarin je de levering kan volgen, niet up-to-date is, maar is van de logistieke partij - dus Dutch Expat Shop kan daar niet veel aan doen denk ik. Op de website stond aangegeven dat mijn bestelling nog in Enschede was, terwijl we de bestelling al hadden ontvangen. We zullen in de toekomst zeker meer bestellen.

Ik heb hier gewinkeld. Ik kom uit Antwerpen maar woon in Noorwegen, ik ben heel blij, alles was mooi ingepakt, het duurde niet lang toen het in Noorwegen aankwam.

I had some issue with the parcel,it got sent back and it took in total one month and several emails to get ahold of it. I was quite annoyed in the beginning,but at last everything arrived and it was still perfectly packed.So,I suppose I was just a bit unlucky when it came to the shipment procedure. Otherwise I’m quite happy with the products I ordered.

Since returning to Australia from the Netherlands in 2015 we've been on long-line to supply senseo pads for our coffee, and Dutch Expat shop has made it easy to source them, with low overheads. Lots of other online sources have ridiculous pricing and shipping costs but these guys are selling at sensible price-points, using national-carrier postage/freight and it works fine.

We had purchase several bottled packages from them for a drink you can’t get in the US! It arrived timely (within a week) all separately wrapped and with the bottle carriers! Will order again!

I've used Dutch Expat shop for a while, and I really rate them. The selection is good and while dispatching frozen items abroad is expensive (I mean...Bitterballen....), it is worth the cost. I've only once had an issue with an order, and the customer service person was really quick, kind and refunded. I only do a few shops a year with them, but I am always excited when I do.

Great products, well packaged, useful tracking, fast delivery. Searching for products on the website can be a bit confusing.

A great shop for items not readily available in the USA. Prices were far better than some other options and product arrived quickly.

I will recommend this company that gave me entire satisfaction.

I went to this shop for Chocomel, the wonderful Dutch chocolate milk drink, which I had found out was available in a sugar-free version. I also found they had a lot of biscuits (cookies) sugar free too. They are REALLY good. I bought every kind, to try, and will buy more when I've eaten them all. I'm Diabetic, by the way, which is why I need the sugar-free versions of everything.

I reported slight transport damage due to rough handling by the transporter and the next shipment was packaged shock-proof!

MIA customer service on expedited AND paid order I paid for expedited service and for the order and, 5 business days after my order, and 3 emails + contact on website > NOTHING. I relied on their professionalism, trusted them w/ my baby's needs and I was sorely wrong. Unacceptable and ridiculous how poorly they treat customers and how unresponsive they have been. To this moment, I have still no news about my order and no response to my emails.

Tried everywhere to find a specific beer, DES had it and shipping it over in perfect condition to the UK. I am so impressed with the service, I will wholly recommend them to everyone that'll listen for long enough

I specifically use it to order Hipp baby milk. My very first time I was afraid it was a scam, and the order was delayed so I panicked. But this is going on to my 4th order and the milk has always arrived. I tried Hipp baby food once and it was all good, well packed, and my baby liked the food. Thank you Dutch Expat. I have recommended other parents looking to buy Hipp milk.

Great place to buy Belgian goodies I thought I couldn't get in the UK! Easy ordering, very reasonable prices and good delivery times. Everything was well packaged with good expiry dates. I didn't have to pay import taxes either although I suppose the higher postage costs take care of that. It's worth it to be able to get the treats I miss. Will definitely order again.
