I really wanted to be happy with this service, and almost was...
So I ordered two customs case, one for my son and one for myslef. The first of which came out perfectly as intended... mine however did not. The image was not where I had placed it, and was even off x/y alignment and on a slight angle. I contacted custom service who refused to adress any of the screenshots I sent showing the angle issue, or the fact that I had correctly used the website tool to create the other case in my order. Though I was able to ge a coupon I felt that i was not really being heard, that my attmpts to bring a possible programming issue with the site to their attention was ignored (the PC version of the site still has the touch commands for phones and tablets active, which may be the issue as it created conflicts when I initally tried to use my Wacom to interact with the case designer tool).
Now mistakes happen when producing a large amount of products to order and I am not down rating the service for a single misprint. I am giving this low rating because of the poor customer service, dimissing my proof that image was off alignment, and simply responding with "you did it wrong" when I was very much able to show that I do know how to use the site within the same order.
I will leave the photo with the white stip at the bottome of the phone that shows where the image I used was cut off, and that it is at an angle (wder at the bottom than at the top) which should not even be possible considering how the creation tool works.
Product is 10/10 when everything goes to plan.
Customer service is 2/10 for the times it does not, of for thos instances I cannot reccomend this service.
