Vriendelijke medewerkers die graag meedenken over de beste oplossing en gaat het onverhoopt toch een keer mis, wordt het heel netjes opgelost. Mogelijkheid om bestelde artikelen af te halen op de wedstrijdlocatie is echt een topoplossing.

Buying accesories fór 29er

Satisfied from the service and impressed on how quick is the despatch and the good communication/notification. Only drawback is the transport cost for overseas shipments. Believe there may be cheaper equally reliable options. Also optimised (e.g. smaller) packing may be a solution in reducing the transportation cost

Snelleen correcte levering

Spullen besteld waaronder 2 flares die echter niet verzonden mogen worden (brandgevaar). Sailcenter belde me binnen een uur na bestellen im te overleggen hoe de order af te handelen. Rest van de spullen een dag later in huis en geld van de flares retour ontvangen.

Je viens de refaire à neuf un dart 18. Les anciens plastiques étaient usés et cassant. Désormais, c'est tout neuf. Merci à Sailcenter !

it would be great if the additional shipping costs requried for other countries (e.g HK) to be listed before I have to pay the product cost. As i didnt know that the shipping would cost 35 euros. If i had known beforehand I would have waitied and asked for the shipment to be sent to where I am staying in almere for the Allianz Regatta. Thanks.

Komende van een kielboot, maar recent overgestapt naar een zwaardboot, had ik nog geen ervaring met wetsuits. Al gauw kwam ik op de website van Sailcenter terecht (ze zijn de importeur/leverancier van m’n nieuwe boot), waar ik een compleet assortiment aantrof van alles wat nodig is voor zwaardboot zeilen. Toen naar Almere gereden. Ondanks dat het druk was in de winkel, werd er tijd voor me genomen en kreeg ik goed en deskundig advies voor een complete wetsuit outfit. Alle vragen die ik had werden duidelijk beantwoord. Met een tevreden gevoel en twee wetsuits ging ik naar huis.
