Thank you for your review.
Unfortunately, for some parts of the world it is not possible to calculate shipping upfront; so we cannot put it in the web shop. Hong Kong, Singapore, UAE are amongst them.
This is why we have to check your order, especially its size and weight before we can calculate shipping.
For next time, it would be usefull to know following options:
- If you do not agree with the shipping cost you are always free to cancel your order and get your money back;
- If you choose "payment by bankwire" you wait with payment untill you know the shipping charges. We calculate shipping and send you a payment link for the whole order amount. If you do not agree, please let us know and we cancel your order;
- If you use our event service shipping is free but you have to pay the local VAT (for the Netherlands it is 21%), when you leave Europe you can ask for a VAT Refund.
