Easy, friendly and efficient service from across the Atlantic!
Reinout and your team were a pleasure to deal with on 2 recent orders of optimist spars, foils and covers sent to me in the USA. Emails and phone calls were promptly answered and orders dispatched quickly. Delivery was fast (less than 1 week) and on my doorstep in the USA just as easy as if ordered locally (but much cheaper!!!). Will definitely buy from Sailcenter again and have recommended you to other members of our junior sailing team. Well done and thank you!

I ordered new blades for my son they were out of stock waiting for the new 2023 shipment. Communication was easy about the backorder. When they came in the order was shipped. I had to change the address and Sailcenter changed it without any issues. Delivery was fast and safe to the US

Sold me a product that was unacceptable and when I pointed that out they told me it was okay
Sailcenter sold me numbers for a sail in red and sent them by one package. When they arrived half the sail numbers are different shades of red. I emailed and I was told that they had problems getting the numbers in the same colour. Then in the same email I was they told me that they would “weather” and become the same colour. If the materials are not available then they should not sell them. At no stage was I offered an apology or refund. I would never have purchased these products if the company had been honest they didn’t have the stock of sail numbers in the same shade of red.

Unfortunately, this story is true.
The color red in this fabric is not a stable color and are supplied in different shades all the time. This is the way the fabric comes from the factory, and we have asked three different suppliers over the past years but color red has always been in different shades. So, to our regret, we cannot do anything about it.
However, as a matter of fact, when the numbers are fixed in the sail they will color more the same after a while due to the sunlight. We are very sorry that we cannot solve this, but precisely because the color is so unstable, it colors very quickly due to sunlight.
