As just discussed per telephone;
We are very sorry for this situation. Unfortunately we depend on transport companies like DPD. Your parcel was collected on the 29th of July, but DPD never scanned it. Now it is lost in their warehouse. We filed a request at DPD to resolve this issue. As you say, you have ordered many times with us before and normally DPD delivers within a week.
Ofcourse, this is not what we strive for. We want to keep all our customers happy and right now you are not. As agreed, we will resend your order again. You will let me know what additional parts you want to order.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused and we hope you will receive your new order soon.
