Bonne expérience, cependant, post NL dit nous envoyer un mail qui averti de l'arrivé du colis au point relais...et le mail n'arrive pas alors que le colis est arrivé depuis plusieurs jours. c'est arrivé à chaque fois. Communication peux claire de post NL

Item I needed was not very rare but yet only available at sail center. So +1 on the selection. My questions were promptly answered to my satisfaction, +1 on the customer support. However, it took very long for shipment provider (TNT) to deliver the package. I have purchased a similar item from an UK based company 3-4 months back. It only took 4 days to deliver the package after purchase order. It took 20 days (april 14th to may 5th) for my order to arrive this time. Elapsed time does not include shipment preparation, verification etc, jut the time spend on the road. I understand that there were national holidays in both shipping country and the receiving country. However this is still way too long.

Sailcenter made it very easy to charter an Optimist for the Magic Marine Easter Regatta at Lake Braassemermeer in April. The boats and equipment were brand new and well laid out for the sailors. Checking in and out was orderly and efficient. Well done.

Nach der Buchung kam keine Bestätigung und kein Head Up bis wann der Restbetrag fällig wird.

Every time i dealt directly with Sail Centre staff they were very polite and helpfull. However my order was delayed by a week during transit which was very disappointing.

Sailcenter levert snel en producten zijn top. Alleen jammer dat bij 1 maat groter bestellen je wel verzendkosten €4,95 moet betalen en ook je retour €7,25. Het voordeel wat ik had t.o.v. een andere zaak werd hiermee weer te niet gedaan. Verder erg tevreden.

Verwachting werd overtroffen. Zeilhorloge was binnen halfjaar stuk en 1 telefoontje en 2 foto’s waren voldoende om de garantie af te wikkelen. Gewoon simpel en vlot werd het opgelost.
