Upon placing your order the address was not complete filled in - you did not mention the floor of your apartment. In that case, the driver has the right to return the shipment as he is not sure of the delivery address. We discussed about this this and reshipped at our expense, with the floor you are living mentioned on it.
This second shipment took to long, and we offered to ship the next shipment with another postal company.
So we feel very sorry for the long delivery time, support our customers as much as possible to get their orders delivered, and in your case, we offered a solution for the next time.
