Thank you for your review - it's a shame to read that the sail arrived like this.
Generally spoken, when a package arrives in a damaged state please add a note on the Proof of Delivery (PoD) that you sign with the driver and send us some photos of the parcel to us. We can start a claim procedure and case by case we check how to solve such issues.
Regarding this package, we discussed this way of packing with our transport agent as well and they agreed upon this way of packing of these sails. However, we will reconsider with them and contact you in a pm about this case.
