Easy ordering and transaction, but the durability of the packaging needs to be increased especially for international orders. Fortunately my product was plastic and large, so the failed box packaging was less of a problem.

Package arrived promptly. It clearly had not been handled properly by the courier and part of my order had disappeared but sailcentre were on it straightaway. It’s not just about there being no problems it also about sorting out problems when they arise. Best.

Ich brauchte einen neuen Lümmelbeschlag für meinen Laser. Drei Tage nach der Bestellung wurde er bereits geliefert und noch am selben Tag montiert. Perfekt!

Auch wenn mal ein Fehler (falsche Nummernfarbe auf Segel) wurde es umgehend behoben.
