Excellent coffee --- but terrible delivery

My apologies for writing in English, but I cannot speak Dutch.
Your coffee is excellent, the price is reasonable, shipping is prompt.
The problem is delivery in France. PostNL hands off to a company called "Colis Privé". They are very, very slow -- our most recent order left the NL on 5 March but has not yet been delivered. We had the same problem with our first order (a week to deliver).
More importantly : Colis Privé is very dishonest. It confirmed delivery on 7 March, both by e-mail and on its tracking webpage. Now, it has erased that scheduled delivery from its tracking page, and added a claim that I cancelled the delivery and requested delivery to a pickup point. That is a lie -- a complete falsehood. If you wish, I can send you screenshots to confirm what I have written.
I complained to PostNL, via a website chat, and the agent told me it is not his problem, and I should write to you.
I would like to continue to purchase from you .... Is there any possibility that you can offer shipping by DHL/DPD/UPS ?
I have entered "yes" to the query "would you recommend us?" because of the quality of your coffee -- but I would not recommend you to any client in France until you or PostNL find a competent delivery service.
