Schandig slecht, procederen om te procederen

Ik heb een schuld bij Zarano B.V. van ongeveer EUR 2.000,00 omdat het slecht ging met het bedrijf vanwege het coronavirus. Hiervoor is Bierens Incasso ingeschakeld, en heb ik gevraagd om een regeling van EUR 500,00 per maand. AFGEWEZEN. Ik ontvang zojuist een concept dagvaarding, want zoals zij stellen is een regeling geen recht, maar een gunst. Kosten opjagen, niets anders. Schandalig. Mijn klacht zal op iedere mogelijke website worden ingediend en aan het grote publiek bekend worden gemaakt. Heeft u een vordering op een klant? Neem dan een andere incassobureau, want met deze werkwijze maakt u uw eigen reputatie kapot.

Geachte heer Arazov, Dank dat u de moeite heeft genomen om een review over onze dienstverlening achter te laten. Alhoewel deze reviewpagina’s door ons feitelijk alleen gebruikt worden voor review van onze cliënten, reageren wij graag op uw review. Ons kantoor staat altijd open voor oplossingen, maar natuurlijk enkel en alleen als dit in het belang is van onze klanten. Immers, het zijn de belangen van onze klanten die wij dienen te behartigen. In eerste instantie heeft u op onze sommatie gereageerd met het enkele verzoek voor een betalingsregeling, zonder nadere onderbouwing. Als reactie hierop hebben wij aangegeven dat wij graag eerst een aanbetaling ontvangen van een derde deel van de vordering en een voorstel voor het restant. Gelet op de ouderdom van de facturen een redelijk voorstel. Dit is door u afgewezen en u heeft in een e-mailbericht aangegeven het anders wel via een deurwaarder te proberen na een te wijzen vonnis. Vervolgens is concept dagvaarding op 25 juni 2021 om 12.13 uur aan u verzonden. Hierna heeft u om 12.22 een hernieuwd voorstel ingediend. Dit is aldus ná de verzending van de concept dagvaarding geweest. Vervolgens hebben wij aan u een bevestiging van een betalingsschema gevraagd en aangegeven dat we dit voorstel met onze klant zouden bespreken. Deze correspondentie tussen u en ons heeft plaatsgevonden op 28 juni jl. Nu er nog geen antwoord is gekomen op uw betalingsvoorstel is uw review wat voorbarig te noemen. U kunt er vanuit gaan dat u op termijn een reactie zult krijgen op uw betalingsvoorstel.
