Ik krijg het advies niet achter de openstaande posten aan te gaan en te accepteren dat ze bijna failliet zijn. Ik ga ermee akkoord en haal zelf het grootste deel alsnog binnen. Dan krijg je nog wel even een factuur van 1200 waar echt niets voor gedaan is behalve 2 briefjes... Ik moet dus nu ook Bierens's incasso kosten zelf terug gaan halen.... Ook dat gaat mij wellicht lukken m.a.w. geen toegevoegde waarde alleen facturen

Altijd kan ik op 100% inzet rekenen en dat waardeer ik ten zeerste. Dossiers worden voor de Nederlandse entiteiten snel opgelost, voor buitenlandse entiteiten mag de agendering correcter. Ook als diegenen die het dossier beheert op vakantie gaat, dien ik dit wel te weten of wie de vervangede behandelaar is van het betreffende dossier.

Helaas geen goede ervaring met dit kantoor. wellicht omdat het om een relatief kleine vordering ging heeft men niet de moeite genomen alle stukken goed door te lezen waardoor er een conclusie is getrokken dat de tegenpartij de schuld niet heeft erkend terwijl zwart op wit staat dat dit wel is gedaan

Bierens heeft een uitzichtloze en hopeloze zaak tot een goed einde weten te brengen door vertrouwen te houden en er bovenop te zitten. Enige verbeterpuntje was de afwikkeling, het was niet duidelijk hoe Bierens tot de afrekenmethodiek was gekomen. Na uitleg was dit alsnog duidelijk.
