You are right to be disappointed that your ordered products have not yet arrived. And yes, it was sent by us and yes PostNL sometimes takes too long, especially when it comes to Ireland and England.
Yes, we send shipping confirmations, sometimes they disappear into spam boxes. And otherwise we don't know why you didn't get one.
And yes Kiyoh is set to receive ratings from customers after about a week. Some of our actions are automated, others we do manually. And sometimes things don't go the way we want.
We would like our customers to receive their products. It happens that we sometimes have to send things twice, unfortunately, but fortunately not often. So yes, the day before yesterday we asked you to be patient and to come back to us approximately two weeks after the shipping date so that we can proceed with resending. We also cannot track the shipment. Once again our apologies for the long wait.
