Thank you for your review.
The day before yesterday you sent us the following e-mail: "I have not yet received my package. Do you know when I might receive it?"
On that question you received a reply right away that there is a delay in the delivery of your package and that we were going to ask Postnl if they might find out where it is.
I do hope you understand that we can't send a new package everytime a package is delayed. That's why we always give it a few days and then, if a package turns out missing, we always send the customer a new package.
We're one and a half day further from when the e-mail was sent and yet you also didn't give us a reply on our e-mail about if and when a new package might arrive.
If it's not received by Monday we will ship a new package, but that's something we could have told you in a personal e-mail as well.
