AU$30 for a seiko shroud which includes postage, nothing to complain but delivery is very slow, that is the German post service 's problem nothing to do with the company.

I ordered a replacement watch strap for a very old Diesel watch. The strap must have been as old as the watch as as soon as my son put it in the strap ‘cracked’ and the 2 strips of leather which the strap is made of came apart. Also when fitting the strap tk the watch the glue came apart where the pins are so the strap was lose and not fitted properly. I emailed the company first about the fitting of the watch turn later about the strap itself asking for a replacement or refund but I got no response.

I received the package today. The Seconds Han and Hours hand were and sealed in the original packaging. The Minutes hand packaging was already open and I can't find it anywhere in the parcel or the aftermarket packaging. How am I supposed to finish my Clients watch now?.
