Complete amateurs
I recently bought an audio interface with djstunter.nl. Unfortunately, after a few days the thing stopped working.
This happens, no big deal. Following advise from the manufacturer, I sent an email to djstunter.
A few days later, still no answer. I decided to call, and reached a friendly person who tells me that they never received my email, I sent it again, got confirmation that it was received, and I was told that someone was to get back to me the same day. That did not happen...
I tried to contact them through the website form, no answer...
Two days later, I phoned them again. Yes, they have my email, yes they will contact me today...
Nope.
Almost a week has passed now, still no proper contact from djstunter.
I would have understood if the person on the phone told that it could take some time to deal with my request. They basically lied just to get rid of me. This basically shows no respect for customers.
The quality of the customer service makes the difference when it comes to web shops. I will not buy from them again, and would advise all my contacts to do the same.
