Hi Palma Verde Team,
I hope you are well and healthy. I am just following up on my order that you send to me. PostNL says now that the parcel should be delivered until the 11th of May.
I understand that there can be delays,however I ordered things from the Netherlands and Germany recently and there were no issues.
I am just very concerned regarding the condition of the plants if they are going to travel for 2 weeks!?
I am aware that you have a disclaimer about possible delivery issues, but as an online shop and retail business, you are also liable to the EU and Dutch consumer rules about goods and services,that unfortunately supersede disclaimers.
Could you please check from your end what is happening with my order?

Hello Josip,
We have sent an email to the distributor what the status of the shipment is and where the package is.
If the package is not delivered within two weeks from the date of shipment, we will refund the invoice amount to you.

Hi Rachel,
I think pressure on PostNL paid off. The plants were delivered, unfortunately slightly damaged and dehydrated.
I am sorry if I was coming strong or was rude to you, however I would advise you to reconsider your shipping partner as there are many more competent companies for that.
