I have reviewed the shipment for you and I see that the package was shipped by air to Cyprus. The package has also arrived at the airport, but has not yet been released by the airport authorities. Unfortunately, we are currently awaiting this. However, I expect that the shipment will be released within a few days and will then continue its journey.

Thank you for your message, nice to hear that in the end the plants were delivered in good condition.
Sometimes the authorities in Cyprus are quite strict with checking packages and hold them back for quite a long time at times.
We have more customers in your country and fortunately these delays are rare.
