I went to the Hague GSM shop first. The guy took one look at my LG Nexus5 and said that he can’t fix it! I then called GSM Delft as I suspected that it was a software problem, and most repair shops only fix hardware problems. They recommended me to contact the store at the Rijswijk Boogaard. A young man at the store was not being very helpful, and I was not sure that he had enough expertise to deal with my phone problem. Luckily, Jeffery stepped in. He solved my problem in 5 minutes! I am very happy with his service and would go back to him any day if I ever need his service again.
VerbeterpuntenSome technical people don’t “hear” your problem very well --- if it is outside of their expectation. Instead, they simply tell you that they can’t fix it! They need to learn to “hear” and then “think” outside of box! Either more people should know how to fix software problems or in your advertisement, you should pinpoint which store(s) are able to fix software problems.
