bad quality
I ordered 6 chairs from this store and after almost a month of waiting I received them, but the surprise came later when I discovered that the screws that fix the seat to 3 chairs spin empty when screwing because they are a little short and the system is bad because it was better with screws that penetrate into something metallic, not into wood, and if you put longer ones a little bit, you get stuck when you sit on the seat, because it exceeds the thickness of the wood, and on the other 2 chairs, the legs on the front right side are shorter and sway when you stay on them. I complained about these problems in 2 emails because I didn't get an answer after the first one, I waited 2 days and sent another one, but in vain, a month passed and exactly a few hours after he sent me this one evaluation email of my order at this store I finally received an email asking me to send pictures of the reported problems. The problem is that I also made 3 video clips but my email does not accept to send them so I only sent 2 pictures and I said if it is possible to be called on wattsup if they want to see the defects live. So what I want is to receive other seats or I don't know how to say possibly other thicker seats to be able to screw in longer screws, or other options that would satisfy my requirements for a new seat that has a guarantee that it won't be bad from the start.
