We have indeed made a mistake and sent the wrong order to you. We have expressed our regret and apologised several times, this should not have happened. Mistakes are human, we have refunded the purchase price of your order to you.
To make up for it, we have offered a discount on an item of your choice. Unfortunately, you found the discount too small and asked for a 50% discount. Unfortunately, we could not offer the requested discount after which you decided to add your review. This is of course completely fine, besides several times of apologies we did everything we could to accommodate you.
We have now reached a solution and would be delighted if you would also share this experience.
Mistakes are human, we did everything we could to accommodate you. However, we cannot renegotiate for even more discount after refund.
