It's very unfortunate that one of the hammock of the purchased items is loose, we are very sorry for this. We have checked your complaint with our customer service and it seems you didn't contact us at all to mention this issue. Our team would be happy to help you out, even if you don't have the package anymore and after 30 days reflection period. We can contact the manufacturer to replace the item or even apply for a refund.
