I can only describe neptunestore.eu as being my Local Fish Store that happens to be online and 2.000km away from me. The level of customer service and attention is better than I have ever got from any local reef store that I go to. Wilbur Tim, and everyone else are truly and genuinely committed to the wellbeing of your animals and will go to extreme lengths to help you out in case something happens. I love my Neptune gear (and have owned all other brands you can think off) and in our hobby everything will fail at some point. So having someone that I know will be there for me and support me is crucial, and no one i have come across does it better than Neptunestore.eu.
I have ordered several times from your shop always whit good service
Recently ordered a ph probe to replace my probe in an Alkatronic machine. Have been considering moving away from Focustronic for awhile as I find their software quite troublesome. Have to admit Neptune would be at the top of our list as a better solution. There was a problem with shipment however they tried everything they could to resolve it. So great customer care and amazing product

Very poor customer service

You decided to stop shipping to Israel leaving customers with unacceptable shipping rates and bad service. I will stop buying your equipment and gradually retire Neptune equipment I purchased worth $$$$ just because of your bad service. I cannot rely on you for parts and service paying outrageous shipping rates
Hello Eli, Thank you for your review. We do understand the frustration, but we are working on a solution to work with another shipping company. The problem with PostNL was that they don't have a local agent and parcels got lost over and over again. Also, sometimes the transit time was weeks or even months. While PostNL offered us only parcel insurance up to € 250, which is clearly not enough. In the mean while we are able to ship per Fedex if someone in Israel wants to buy new products. Eventually we are looking for better / other shipping contracts at DHL or UPS. It takes time, also to fit it into our automation. But we are working hard on this! Thanks, Tim

I have bought complete system from Neptune. During last 6 months I opened 4 ticket for different part of system . You service and quality is horrible in comparison to your price . You forced me send back first defective part , even you don’t have the system to make a return Label for Post . I spied 50 Euro until now Zinsendiensts back your defective parts plus a lot of time that wasted . I wrote a lot of complaint email but it seems you don’t care . And it seems you don’t like to make your customer happy.
Hello Hootan, We completely understand your frustration. But we are not Neptune Systems, but a reseller of their products. And I think Wilbur is doing everything over and over again to help you out. Didn't we reply to your complaint email? Or do you refer to the complaint email that you wrote to Neptune Sytems? You are really having back luck with the hardware and all the tickets you needed to open. But as I can see Neptune Systems support did issue replacements for you and we carried those out. Are you sure you want to give us, as Neptune STORE (the reseller), the half star review? We would be really disappointed too! Let us know! Tim

Never had a problem with Neptune NL. I once had an issue with a WAV pump and they promptly referred me to Neptune US and the problem was solved very quickly by replacing the whole kit. Authorised by US and promptly actioned by NL.

I order a battery for my aquarium. It was shipped really fast
I have received my order but to my surprise the delivery company who delivered asked me to pay an additional $25 for some fees that I was not prepared for. it is a small amount of money but it should have been clear to me in advance on top of the fact that the tracking for the shipment is not clear.
Apparently PostNL cannot find the Republic of Ireland. Need to have a more reliable shipping carrier as an option.

Firstly upon ordering with my details for delivery unchanged since my first order 2017 this order was not dispatched on time because my details were not correct I ordered same as I did with same details change was on Neptune side not mine nor was I asked to update my details until order was delayed Secondly as I respond today 21 at of march my order has not arrived I’m aware these emails are automatically sent but algorithms should ensure item has been delivered first Customer service should be looked at rather than blaming customer for not putting in correct address I filled in details upon first order 2017 they have not been changed my me since all other orders were sent out straight away this one was not and again I have not received item
Hi Michael, I apologize for the inconvience. We did find the 2017 orders in the mean time. They were archived, so not visible immediately. However, the issue was that in the field 'Number' (of your street) your phone number was filled out. PostNL didn't accept the phone number as the street number. So we were not able to ship it out. Wilbur removed the phone number from the street number field to ship out your order. He only said that we don't touch addresses, because our system is fully automated. So either auto-fill of your browser was interfering or you made a understandable mistake seeing the field 'Number' as a field for your phone number. I apologize for the delay, but the parcel is on its way! Tim
