Absolutely recommended. I needed a new apex within 12 hours to monitor my aquarium as the fish arrived much earlier than expected. A simple call to the customer service, a quick chat, and the problem was resolved : I could pick up my new apex myself during the evening after my work. Thank you so much, my fish and myself are very happy.
