Beste Radja, We hebben het per email al uitgebreid besproken. In de bijgesloten video vermeldt Terence dat er naast de losse pomp óók pompen te krijgen zijn met voedingsadapter. Op onze site staat duidelijk vermeld dat de pomp die wij verkopen aangesloten moet worden op een vrije DC24 poort. Een voedingsadapter is dus optioneel. Deze pomp is primair ontwikkeld om aan te sluiten op een Apex systeem. De omschrijving op onze site is daar duidelijk in. We vinden het vervelend dat u andere verwachtingen had en de pomp kan natuurlijk ook gewoon retour. Echter hebben wij niets meer van u vernomen. Tim
