Putting to one side the current delays due to Brexit and Covid, my experience is a good one and I feel the folks at Neptune Store do their best to fulfil orders and email enquiries in a timely manner.

Ordered the items and was about 4/5 days to Be with us in Lisbon very well packed and always explained what was hapening Very fast service will ordem again

After a phone call I know that the APEXel is NOT working, and received the RMA number A36056, but I'm still waiting a mail from de re-seller. The bad notice is that I don't know if my tank will be with no control and, if yes, for how long ! Regards Massimo

Delivery took a long time but great costumer support

Now I have only shopped here once before, but it is certainly not the last time. The prices are very reasonable compared to my fish supplier. That they have the goods in stock and provide fast service is why I would recommend this store.

Anyone in Europe wanting to buy Apex gear should use Neptunestore.eu. The orders arrive o. Time and impeccably packaged, but the customer service is above and beyond anything you may have experienced. I do not live in Holland and have received better and faster help than from my local stores! On December 23rd I had a unit malfunction and called up the store. They immediately shipped a new unit overnight with the most expensive service to make sure I received the new unit before Christmas break. In less than 24h I had a new unit working in my tank. Absolutely Amazing!

Good performance overall. Swift delivery of goods. Packaging could be improved. Only negative note is that when buying a top of the line product (2 COR 20 pumps) in Europe, one would expect them to have metric piping.
