Service is non existing - never receive my order, no support received over 5 weeks
Having ordered 5 weeks ago, still nothing received /delivered. (PostNL first declare having delivered to a supermarket that does not longer exit !!!, finally acknowledging that pack is lost …. And asking me to contact the provider to resend a new order)
Contacting de online tandarts info via mail.. within the 3 days of expected delivering, a first reply after 3 weeks to ask me if situation is still the same, replying in the day that it is, another reply more than 1 week later to re ask if still the same… i reply in the day that it s since then no news….. no reply no solution… What’s the purpose of a customer service ?
To add on at the order time, it was specified that pack will be duplicated if necessary to ensure delivering at home (home mail box) without being present….
5 weeks, nothing received, pack lost, no support from your customer service at all.
