Ik heb geen reactie ontvangen nadat ik mijn order heb retour verzonden. Heb gemaild en ook op Messenger een bericht verzonden, met de vraag of het in goede orde is ontvangen (zoals ik wel kan zien op de track en trace van post NL)

Ich habe eine Mail geschrieben mit den Maßen. Darauf hin wurde mir, gesagt ich soll die 34 bestellen. Das habe ich dann auch gemacht. Die Hose kam an und es ist gleich aufgefallen das die Hose 10 cm zu kurz ist. Darauf hin habe ich eine Mail geschrieben und um ein Rücksendelabel gebeten das wurde abgelehnt stattdessen wurde mir 10 % auf der nächsten Bestellung angeboten. Den Rückversand solle ich selber bezahlen. Das ist eine absolute Frechheit, ich habe extra gemessen und nachgefragt welche Größe ich bestellen soll. Wie es scheint kennen die Leute sich mit ihren eigenen Produkten nicht aus.

Ik ben heel erg tevreden over de tas ‘original chair riding apparel’ die ik bij Kinetic Balance heb gekocht. Ik heb de tas aangeschaft ter vervanging voor een rolkoffer tijdens een weekendje weg en het is erg goed bevallen. De tas is ruim, heeft meerdere compartimenten en is waterdicht. Daarnaast is het erg makkelijk de (de)monteren op mijn rolstoel. Ik ben sowieso als rolstoelgebruiker erg enthousiast over de producten die Kinetic Balance aanbiedt.

It took a while to decide, because the items are very expensive. FInally, it worth the value. The clothes are comfortable and fit very good. Also the assistance is good.

The rain guard is great so far, it worked very well to protect my legs while also keeping them warm while on a trip to Brussels for New Years. The pack pack, which also worked well unfortunately broke. The zippers just came off of the main compartment. I am giving a low rating because I have written and called using Whatsapp with no answer or response. I have also sent an email with no response. It is frustrating because it has not even been 6 months and the equipment broke down. Perhaps I got a generic one? I can not say, however given I have attempted to contact the company for assistance multiple times using multiple methods I can say I am disappointed by the customer service. The shipping was very quick and the order was delivered in a timely manner, so for this I can say I would recommend the company because they have great items that help maintain an active lifestyle following an injury. I would caution though, that as up to this moment the customer service is not great. Hopefully you can change my mind. Thanks,

….geen koude rug meer in de rolstoel! Zakken waar ik goed bij kan. En geen “hoog water” omdat de pijpen te kort zijn bij zitten. Top broeken en top beenzak. Ik twijfeldd een jaar vanwege de prijs, maar na een seizoen al het bedrag opgeleverd aan comfort en draag plezier. TOP!!

Die Jacke ist sehr schön und funktional. Die Hose hat leider nicht gepasst, sie war einfach 10 cm zu kurz. Sie ist sehr schön gemacht, mit vielen kleinen Dingen, die einfach sinnvoll sind. Bedauerlicherweise war sie zu kurz und ich hoffe, es gibt bald eine, die eine normale Größe hat. Würde gerne eine Hose von euch haben. Robert

Qualitativ finde ich ihre Produkte top! Für einen besseren Kundenservice würde ich mir jedoch eine individuelle Anpassung der Konfektionsgröße wünschen!

Die Jacke 3-1 in S von der Bestellung 42649 war zu klein, daher hatte ich sie zurückgeschickt und in M bestellt (Bestellung 43231). Jedoch wurde bisher die retournierte Bestellung nicht gut geschrieben.

Fijn dat er wordt nagedacht over hoe rolstoel gebruikers te ondersteunen met goede producten. De gevoerde raindek rider is warm en geeft een comfortabel gevoed. Levering was snel.

As a paraplegic, this is a game changer. If my legs get cold, my entire body does and that results in huge amounts of pain. This parka for my legs is inconvenient to put on and take off when I need to go to the toilet. But I don't go anywhere without it! I wish I had one of these last year as my weight increased from not going out. This little piece of gold helps me to do over 100kms a month! Game changer. Buy it, you won't be disappointed! The customer service were amazing and helped me in choosing the product and recommended a different size for me.

Erg goede webshop voor 'normale' kleding voor mensen die mindervalide zijn. Erg goed over nagedacht zodat het er dus redelijk 'normaal' allemaal uitziet.

Die Bestellung wurde schnell bearbeitet und das Paket wurde schnell an DPD weitergegeben. Leider hat DPD dann eine Woche für die Zustellung gebraucht, sodass die Versandzeiten auf der Internetseite nicht gestimmt haben.

These leg protectors are brilliant, quality is excellent, design is genius. Far better option than my previous black bin bag idea. Been used a few times now, when in other years I would have stayed in, to stay dry
