Crappy customer service
Got my order in for a Secret Santa on BGG. Had an issue with the payment method, and mailed customer service about it. I then managed to complete the purchase by selecting a different method, but, after customer service got back in touch with me, I specifically asked to investigate what happened, also because I had another target in the Netherlands and I'd have liked to shop with them again. In 6 days, I've got zero answers, as in "we've got your money, that's enough for us".
Really a bad impression.
Also, I've got authomatically subscribed to some sort of newsletter for a Kiyoh site (whatever that is). I didn't authorize any of that, so, this is in violation of my privacy. Not cool either.
