terrible experience, do not recommend.
I ordered two chairs which I could only pay via Klarna or creditcard and NOT with paypal as announced on the German website. After ordering, I never received any confirmation or any other information about my order and was already about to file a report at the police thinking my money was lost as my emails to the customer service bounced back and the phone was unavailable. Today, out of the blue, my chairs arrived. Still, no bill, no official receipt, nothing at hand to be able to record my purchase. The chairs are of very poor quality. Not only unevenly balanced and unstable, but really uncomfortable to sit on. One cannot sit five minutes without the back going numb as the backrest is pushing into the spine very uncomfortably. But how can I send the chairs back without any contact, any reaction from the company and just nothing at hand except the very chairs themselves?! I wish I had never ordered them in the first place as this is the worst online shopping experience I ever made.
