When I needed to coordinate the original move, which involved four different addresses, Maarten was super friendly and available. Then on the day itself, Louis and Cherence were very fast and able to move our furniture items despite a mostly-blocked entranceway and a very difficult elevator. They made everything easy and I'd definitely recommend them!

M&M Verhuizingen heeft voor ons de kasten en inboedel gedemonteerd en klaar gemaakt voor ophalen door een Kringloopbedrijf. Zo hebben anderen ook wat aan goede gebruikte spullen. Ook dit is duurzaam!!

Vanaf het begin waren de heren attent ,aardig, lief,sociaal en ze hebben heel hard gewerkt

Maurits en zijn ervaren team hebben ons zeer goed geholpen. De communicatie is prettig en vriendelijk, het team werkt hard door en zijn bereid elkaar te helpen. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

I had been waiting for 3 hours and they didn't come so I contacted them. Turns out I misunderstood something and asked if they could come on that very same day. They said yes and I was so happy since I already took a day off for moving day. They movers arrived in just an hour right after they did the moving in Utrecht (I'm in Amsterdam). So you can imagine how tired they were yet they still came. And they moved my stuff as if they were not tired at all. Zo sterk. The movers were also friendly and quick. Everything was done in less than 3 hours. I was extremely satisfied with the service.

Snel, efficient en zorgzaam

Ik heb goede ervaringen met M&M verhuizingen. Ze halen kasten in en uit elkaar en sjouwen alles naar de goede plek. Maarten is een relaxte man zonder veel poespas, erg prettig. Deze 3e keer was de verhuizing net zo goed en snel als anders. Alleen ietsje slordig: een deur van een kast was niet helemaal afgemonteerd, ben ik de schroeven van een krukje kwijt en hebben ze een bank op straat neergelegd die eigenlijk naar de kringloop of stort gebracht moest worden (had dat even overlegd). Maar misschien hoort dat bij een verhuizing. Misschien moet ik volgende keer wat meer koffie aanbieden ;)

In general the communication with the office was very good and the removalist who did the packing the day prior to moving day was also great. On moving day things went smoothly overall and the team did a good enough job but lacked a little care, thoroughness and professionalism that could have made their work much better. They cut a few corners and were not as willing to make a little bit of extra effort to provide an excellent service. Follow up after the moving day was a bit slow.

This is the second time that we have been moved by M&M. Nothing short of superb service. A great team- charming, punctual, really efficient and professional. Each member of the team plays their role to perfection. The atmosphere is fun. They absorb all the stress whilst really working hard. Moving made easy! Could not recommend more highly

Alex en Cherance hebben voor een heel ontspannen en gezellige verhuizing gezorgd. Ontzettend bedankt!

Er moesten exclusieve meubels uit een lastig pand in centrum Amsterdam verhuist worden. En dat ging buitengewoon soepel.

We wonen aan voet van de Pyreneeën. Onze twee verhuizers hebben na een lange rit alles in no time op zijn plaats gekregen. Petje af!

Moving household is not an easy and can be stressful! Our experience was right from the start positive. Responses came prompt, quote was acceptable and justifiable. Communication was at any time easy. On moving day team showed up exactly on time, worked efficient and careful and finished ahead of schedule. Dit is de tweede keer dat ik ben verhuisd door M en M. De communicatie is goed en prettig, zijn goed bereikbaar en zijn goed op de hoogte van de situatie. De verhuizers zijn goed, gezellig. Klantvriendelijk en servicegericht. Er wordt zorgvuldig gekeken naar de samenstelling van de verhuizers, daarmee bedoel ik dat er een teamleider is, dit werkt heel goed. De volgende verhuizing wordt M en M.

Really cannot fault Maarten and his team - responsive in communication throughout the process, arrived and finished timely, team were polite (even to my demanding young kids !) and clean, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a stress free move (dropping additional boxes on short notice was appreciated).

Due to unexpected circumstances they were not able to send me a quotation. They apologized and I understood.

Sebas en Cher hebben mij mega goed geholpen met het verhuizen van meubels van het oude naar het nieuwe adres. Ondanks de vele trappen omhoog naar de eindbestemming van de meubels, sliep ik met een gerust hart in m’n nieuwe woning (letterlijk). Mannen, bedankt!

Goed geregeld allemaal. Fijne communicatie vooraf.
