A site where customers are placed first - zempire tent ordered
My experience with toppy started rather mixed but ended great due to good customer service.
We ordered a empire txl pro V1around 18.00 and the next day i got a phonecall that the driver was at our door around 7o'clock and nobody answerred the door. (a very big plus cause not alot of drivers would make the effort).
We got the new version delivered the V2 at first this seems not a big deal except that the yawning and a bedroom is optional and not included vs the V1.
When setting up the tent we noticed something was wrong due the fact the bedroom and yawning was missing. Mailed Toppy team with detailed pictures and site screenshots. Within 24 hours i got a respons, we mailed a bit more to clear everything out and they contacted their vendor. Toppy and I came to a agreement that they would send the yawning and bedroom to us. The fact that we had our vacation booked, their was extra pressure. But within a week we received our parts. Bedroom was ok, yawning not :( , Wrong product was send by vendor. Mailed again to Toppy and a hour later i got a respons back that they mailed the vendor and they also gave us his details. A week later the correct yawning was received.
So spotless order? No, but customer care was amazing and they delivered the needed parts without issue's
Would i buy again? Yes.
Would i recommend Toppy.nl? Yes
