Grass is good but the delivery and client service is very bad.
I have ordered a small amount (10 m2) of grass to be delivered last week. I could not carry and move the grass by myself, that is why I ordered it to my door. Unfortunately, the Graszodenegd.nl gave the wrong address to the delivery company DGO Express, so the grass wasn't delivered to me but to someone else in the village. I was very lucky that the person who got my grass called me, and very lucky that my neighbour helped me get the grass (not a great situation in the pandemic). I have checked my invoice and confirmed I gave them the correct address, so I emailed the company asking for the refund of delivery charge (which cost more than the grass itself). I got no reply.
They did however send me a link to review the purchase, so here I am.
Grass quality was good, and so far it took well to the soil and looks nice. For now there are no dry patches.
I would be happy with the product if the company didn't mess up with delivery (expensive delivery) and ignored my email.
