Didn't delivery
I'm super disappointed with the Haarpro store. I made a purchase on December 6th, at exactly 12:52:24 (almost 1PM) because the website said that purchases made before 10PM are delivered on the same day. Based on this, I bought some products that I needed to apply to my client's hair the following day in the afternoon, that is, more than 24 hours after that purchase. Unfortunately my order has not been delivered yet! It's already 10am on December 8th and I haven't received anything, which has REALLY affected my work. I had purchased some hair styling and as I didn't receive the order, I needed to make some adjustments and my client was not satisfied with my work. What I want to say is that, because of the failure of the establishment due to the delivery not being made as promised, I was harmed in my work, and in addition to this not being fair, I should have been compensated by the company.
