Betalingsvoorwaardes en levertijden

Levertijden zijn soms erg lang voor bijv. fotopapier. Daarnaast is de leveringsvoorwaarde (eerst factuur betalen dan pas leveren) erg onhandig voor zakelijke klanten zoals wij. Prijzen zijn wel OK.

hi, The contact was quick and professional. Unfortunately, the advice given was wrong. I ordered spare tent poles for the Stealth gear 2 persons photo hide, and described in an email the type of poles, length etc. I got confirmation that the poles on the website were the right ones. so I ordered them, and got them quickly and without problems. Unfortunately, they were the wrong poles (too short) I keep them, because I think I can use them in a different way, but it hasn't solved my problem for the broken poles of my photohide. I gave a bad evaluation and received immediately a reply with an explanation on how the miscommunication had happened and an offer to correct the issue.
