Terrible customer service, never received confirmed and approved refund
I placed an order of 5 items, 4 of which I returned. The return was confirmed and approved within days via email, as expected. The refund of about 35euro would be in my account soon.
After about 10 days, I noticed I had not received the refund. EasyToys claimed my bank had refused the payment. I called my bank, they never received any request for payment.
I emailed EasyToys about this refund 7 times, each time with yet again different reponses/excuses.
1. The payment had been made in my bank account instead of my credit card.
2. The payment had been made, it could take 14 days until it appear in my account. (I had been waiting 2 months at this point)
3. Paypal had confirmed the payment, it should be there in a few days.
4. Was I sure it had not been paid?
I asked for proof of payment many times as they claimed it had been paid. Never received it. I called my bank many times to double-check nothing on my end was going wrong. Nothing going wrong, all other transactions were coming and going through just fine.
I am still waiting for the refund after 4 months.
