The selection of items is very large and they have so much diversity in comparison to other websites, but adding/removing items to the basket is so frustrating it's an absolute nightmare. Searching for items is awful, you can search for something and not find it but it's definitely there in a separate section with the exact name you're searching for. It would also be so much more helpful if you could sort the items while hiding the items that are out of stock as there are so many which are restocked every week. They did contact me to tell me something I ordered was out of stock which is nice, but unfortunately when my items arrived, the frozen items were on top of my fresh items which meant that my fresh mushrooms were now soggy and mushy, I imagine the same would happen to fresh fruits and vegetables if they are next to frozen products in transit. If you don't intend to remove anything from your basket on the website then everything might be fine but unfortunately I added items to it, then I logged in which also saved the items in my basket there and added them all to my new basket so I had to manually remove 1 of everything. Overall the experience wasn't even that bad, it just took a while to wait for the specific items I wanted to be back in stock and then the time spent on the website it was just too long.
