Unreliable company
I keep getting these emails wanting for my review. So here it is:
I ordered international delivery with UPS. I have several experiences with UPS from NL, know how long it takes. So I wrote before shipping to know if you got my money and will shiping happen the same day. So you were well aware that I need it ASAP. For some fucking reason you used your national postal shitservice for international delivery.
I sent you few emails. You are not taking any responsibiliy. You keep saying to me that it cost you as much as UPS. I felt like Im talking to 5 year olds or morons. It is really stupid to pay same amount for at least twice shittier service than UPS and to keep reminding me the price tag like you are proud of it is kind of insulting. You broke the agreement and should have apologized and instatly pay me back for the service I payed for and you did not fulfill. It has taken so far twice as long as UPS and has no reliable tracking. So more than 2 times worse than UPS you decided to use. At least you payed same money. Phew, what a relief.
So your unreliable service does not have any tracking since 17.05. and I have no clue where it is. Would not be surprised if you put some random shit juicer in package, which is is just as expensive since I'm dealing with irresponsible people like you, but still I have a question where the fuck is my package? Absolutely unacceptable service and this is not even over.
