Nice products choice, poor order and delivery experience
They have wide products offer. The prices are of medium level: sometimes you can find cheaper offers for some products, but taking into consideration wide choice it could be o.k. for one stop shopping. That 's where all positives ended.
First I faced issues with my shopping cart. It was not working correctly, my attempts to commit the payment at the checkout were unsuccessful as my order was getting "pending" status without a further payment option. I created another similar order with the same "pending" status which I was not able to finalize due to lack of payment option.
I would leave it all, but I have already spent some time choosing my products, so finally I wrote to support, they created a payment link manually so I was able to pay.
But I probably would rather not pay. Because I paid them 11 of November. Today is 23 of November. And I still did not received my order. I ordered whisky for my birthday, but now I even do not know if I will receive it at all. Although they charged me €24,95 for the delivery!
Who needs to wait two weeks or more for a bottle of whisky or cognac? Such a disappointment.
