I am happy to hear you received the package in good order.
Products that we do not have enough in stock, we order with the supplier. Unfortunately the supplier took a month to have the Diaper Cream in stock again, so we sent you all we had in stock and refunded the other part. Unfortunately we cannot control events like these. Did you find the refund in your bank account? It’s probably not in the name of Bliz Wellness, but Mollie, our financial agent. We refunded you the same day of the order and sent you a message to inform you.
The Diaper Cream was supposed to be back in stock the end of July, but doTERRA now changed that date to the end of September, so I’m glad you were able to grab our stock and you have at least some tubes for the little ones. Of course we’ll be happy to supply you again with the Diaper Cream the beginning of October. I know this does not give you the other 5 tubes you wanted, but at least I trust you better understand the situation.
