Very bad customer service
I really wanted to like this shop. However, my experience with them is not positive at all.
I placed an order and received a confirmation email where they stated that there could be a bit longer shipping time, which would've been absolutely fine.
After 8 days I emailed them and asked for an update. No answer. I contacted them again and it turned out that there was an issue (on their end) with my order. I was waiting for 10 days without any information.
Once I received the plants, unfortunately, one of the them was in very bad condition (obviously sick and not just ugly), I sent photos to show that and I asked for an exchange. This time no answer until the third email.
At this point I stopped asking for a new plant and simply requested a refund.
The person in the email started blaming the supplier and lectured me on how the plant was just negatively affected by light. I happen to have over 50 plants and actually own 3 more of the same kind the sick one was, so I knew this wasn't the case, the plant really was sick.
So, I sent it back. Never received a confirmation about its arrival until I asked.
Even though the other plants were fine, I am still never going to buy anything from them again.
Not only they are super slow at processing orders and emails, they also don't seem to care about their customers at all. If they had paid a bit more attention and took the time to actually communicate I might have had a positive experience overall. I did not. Not recommended.
