Poor pruchasing experience
I ordered a dive light at Sublub on July 18. On July 25, They informed me that my shipment was on its way and should be delivered around July 30. However, the PostNL tracking webpage indicated that the shipment was not physically presented to PostNL. When I contracted Sublub, they affirmed that, of course, my order had been shipped. After ten days, my shipment was not yet delivered. I contacted them again and requested a refund. The communication from Sublub was very poor, and if I hadn’t followed closely the status of my order, I would still wait for it. This website is unreliable; there are many better and cheaper European places to buy online diving gear.
