Dear Sebastian, very unfortunate to read that the product you have ordered (a pair of OEM Honda Floor mats for a Civic 13-16 5dr/tourer) does not fit your model. We are not aware of any issues with this OEM Honda product and we have sold it to other customers without any issues. I have had more than you experience with customers support and I can say that I always had a great experience, sometimes I wish the replies were slightly quicker but that's just a nitpick in a overall fantastic service. This last time I took longer than I should have to help send a part back and they still honored the replacement and replied to my emails.

Dear John, i checked your order and we have shipped your order on december 3rd, 1 day after you placed the order. You choose the shippping option ''DPD'' and technically, your order should have arrived within 2-3 working days in Italy. I think you mixed up 2 orders, because this order didn't had any issues and we didn't receive any emails form you rregarding a delay. Regarding a second order from you halfway/end December 2024 (just before the holidays): You ordered a set of pistons just before the holidays. Your order got delayed slightly (because one of the 2 items you ordered got delayed at customs during the holidays and the days after). We also informed you about this and on 09-01 your order got shipped. We always work with ''business days'' and the date of your placed order, minus all the weekends, holidays (christmas, new year and closing days from us) wasn't that far off as what we planned, but it looks a lot longer because so many days are not being used. I hope you understand it's a pretty hectic period during the year around Black Friday, Christmas, New Year etc. and that we try to do our best to deliver the orders as quickly as possible, but we are also relying on others (suppliers, customs and shipping companies). We do understand that if an order get delayed slightly, this is annoying, specially when you have a time scedule. I really apreciate that you can select your secific car to see only the fitting part in the shop. The only thing is whenever i reopen the page i always have to do the customization all over again.

Dear Robert, a shame to read that there was something with your DHL shipment/order. I asked our A4H-TECH shipping department for a clarification and this is what they told me when i gave them your ordernumber: You shipment ust got shipped like any other order at us. When you were not at home, DHL dropped a message to you that you can pick up the parcel at a local pick up point. When this does not get pick up within a certain period of time, DHL sends back the order to us. After that we contacted you that we have received back your order, even when the address was right. DHL informed us that they tried to deliver the parcel and after that they dropped it at a local pick up point. Since the parcel wasn't picked up, they send it back to us. We can't send a shipment a second time for free unfortunatelly. We only do that when there is a mistake made by us in for example the address or anything else caused by us. In this case we handed over the parcel to DHL perfectly, DHL did their thing and after that the issue occured. I understand completely that it's a real shame that you had to pay shipping costs 2-times, but it's not somthing we could do anything about. I hope you understand this point of view as well. We are getting ''punished'' right now via the 2-rated review from you, for something we did not have within our own control. Therefor we would like to ask you to reconsider the review and for that we will send a request. Fitment for the manual spoon style mirrors isn’t perfect. There could be improvement made in realigning the mirror mount to bases. The top bolt contacts door frame and prevents flush mounting. Will need to re drill bases and mirrors.
