Good Afternoon, We are sorry you felt the need to write this review :( We informed you on the 20th that we needed 5-8 business days to ship out this order, currently we are on the 3rd business day. Secondly we replied on your email just before 14:00 this afternoon explaining this. So we are comminicating with you, that is why i am thinking maybe there is another reason why you are not seeing our emails? It is always key to keep an eye on your spambox as well since important emails can end up there, can u please check your spambox? Snelle levering (dus ook snel ingepakt en opgestuurd) , nog niet gebruik gemaakt van de onderdelen. Maar ga er vanuit dat dat allemaal goed zit.

Dear Oleksandr, we are very surprised by your review, and would like to point out a few things regarding this review. You have placed an order for a few OEM Honda products including oil on Monday. Since you choosen for a ''bank transfer'' payment, we will have to wait before we can inform you about your order when we are able to ship it to you, because we don't know when your actual payment arrives. This is a choice you made yourself and this is also mentioned in our website. This is because we can't ''reserve'' products for people who havn't paid, because sometimes we just don't receive the actual payment and other paid customers should have an advantage in the availability. A part from that you have emailed us on monday to check if all the parts do fit your car model, so we had to check a few things manually as well. But since we received the wrong VIN number of the car, we could not check and we had contact with you every day so far. As mentioned in the website on product level as well, we can mostly ship the order in a few hours or 1-2 business days and in your case it's the same. But we had to wait for your payment and processing your request if the products did fit your car model, so this caused a delay as well. We always try to reply within 24-48 hours (and often much quicker) but we hope you understand we have a limited amount of time during the day and there are other customers who need our attention as well. Fast shipping, everything was great

The only thing they have to sort out is their webshop, had a few hiccups during the ordering process. Other than that, everything was great.

I see that your order was shipped on the 6th of February, and will be delivered today according to the tracking information! The chosen "budget letterbox" shipping method can take a little longer before receiving it than regular shipping methods. Good Store ,overall

Stop selling bull boost shit or atleast D- series intake manifold. Did not bolt on staight. Had to show some angle grinder to it. And it has very bad quality casting for the price. I had one from ebay like 100e and it was better XD.
