I placed a large order for my Honda S2000. In this order, there was an item that would take time to arrive. As a good professional, the shop contacted me by email to inform me of the delay and ask if it was right for me or if I wanted to do otherwise (by offering an equivalent product that would be delivered more quickly). Following several questions and exchanges by email, we have found a solution. The price difference in my favor was very quickly refunded (that’s great).
