Not worth the hassle for such a simple and inexpensive part.
Ordered an intake gasket on 19th of December and recieved a confirmation mail that it will be shipped in 5-8 business days.
10 business days later on 7th of Januari, I received a similar mail that it was delayed and would be shipped in 5-7 business days.
Eventually they had the part, but only send out packages twice a week, causing further delay. On top of this the carrier also had delays, Not their fault but it does add to my frustration.
To finish the car I had to buy the gasket somewhere.else. So Now I have no use for this gasket.
Contacted them about returning the part. This is possible as long as I pay the Shipping both ways. 10 euro to ship it to me, 10 euro to ship it back to them. All of this to recieve 23 euro as refund.
I will say, I was always helped by customer service on the phone, But to conclude not worth the hassle for such a simple part.
It seems its never their fault. Always the supplier or shipper. Would have appreciated it if they held themselves accountable and paid the shipping.
