Dear Sir,
we are a bit surprised by your review, because we received your review at 18:01 and and email regarding a possible damage during transportation (we don't know anything about this specific situation before you wrote this review) we received at 18:04 from you.
You have ordered a distributor and a truck lifter and we have not been able to determin what has happened, what we can do about it and what the possible reason is why this happened.
We are definatelly planning to get back to your email and the possible issue you are having with one of the product, but i also think it's fair that a company should have the oppertunity to investigate the issue properly, solve it and make you happy in the end.
Now we received a 1 as a review, before we even know there is something and after that you emailed us.
I hope that you possibly wrote the review in an impulse of dissapointment and you understand what this means for us.
Maybe you are willing to reconsider your review and for that you will receive a change request.
My colleagues of the technical department (who process these kind of matters) will contact you tomorrow morning (yes we reply to emails/issues in the evening, some extra service as well) to look into this and solve the issue for you.
