i am sorry to tell you that some of the points you are trying to make in your message below, are not correct.
We have nowhere listed in our shop that we have this product in stock.
Actually, we have the same text/information for every product and you cans ee this at product level just below the ''add to cart'' button.
It says (and i repeat, this is the same for EVERY product in our shop):
''90% of the products in our store are in internal or external stock and we can often process your order quickly (varying from a few hours to a number of business days).
Naturally it is possible that a product has an (unexpected) longer delivery time.
Upon receipt of your order, we will always inform you about this and offer any available alternatives. So keep a close eye on your mailbox.
We deliberately provide stock information about our products afterwards, because many suppliers do not offer a ''stock link system'' and we do not want to show '' estimates '' in advance, like many other webshops do (which are often incorrect and give you wrong information in advance). We only want to give our customers actual information on the moment of processing the order so we don't mislead our customers.
If you need a product VERY quickly and you need to be sure that we have it in stock, please e-mail or call us or send a message via ''ask a question about this product'' below in the product description.''
After we received your order for a pretty unique hand brake cable (indeed, one of those suppliers who don't offer a decent stock link system and estimates from other companies who tell that it takes 2-3 days or 6-10 days are all wrong and based on ''estimates'' and not based on the real situation), we informed you that the product is not available at the moment and we refunded you the money.
unfortunatelly this is the case and since this is a very unique product (with hardly any brands who make this item) we can't offer you an alternative.
We really think we did our best for you and processed the order as quickly as possible. We communicated quickly and correct and you got the refund as well.
We hope that you could reconsider your review after knowing this and you understand that this is unfortunatelly the case and we never told you that we do have the product in stock.
We hope we can get another chance from you in the future to show that not ''every'' product has this issue and that we send hundreds of orders every week without this issue.
