After ordering an exhaust mannifold for my 1993 honda del sol vti EG2 i came to realize that this header (H-Gear 4-2-2-1, 269€) doesn't fit properly, especially in stock conditions. The end of the headers is roughly 10mm larger than the stock cat you'll also have to adjust the flanges since the Header one is straight and the cat one is inclined The header is also 10cm longer than the stock one meaning you'll have to either cut the exhaust mid pipe like i did or buy a decat that's adjustable in length This header is also really tight in the engine bay and BEARLY fits. For it to be installed you need to take the AC off first then put it back together.

The manifold you have ordered is a tri-Y manifold for a B-serie engine and in the description of the product is mentioned that the flange size of the manifold is bigger than standard (2.5'' instead of 2'') and that the manifold is longer and you will need an adjustable test-pipe to make the manifold fit on a standard B16A2 engine. So we are a bit surprised that we receive thisr eview from you at this point, since we have sold this manifold many times to other customers without issues and that other people order the right parts to make it fit on for example your engine. It was probably a better idea to contact us via email first and explain the situation, so we could inform you like above. That way we could have ''saved'' a bad review from you via Kiyoh, which looks like we have done something wrong at this point. Please contact us via email and we can inform you easily what to do and how we can help. You possibly have a different view on the situation now and are willing to change the review. After ordering an exhaust mannifold for my 1993 honda del sol vti EG2 i came to realize that this header (H-Gear 4-2-2-1, 269 Euros) doesn't fit, and it doesn't even follow the specification on the site, the bottom diameter should have been of 63.5mm it in instead 57mm which is also 10mm larger that the stock cat not talk about how the header is 10-15cm longer than it should be and that to be installed you need to take the AC off. really bad experience i even had a car meet i had to attend wanting to show off my new pair of headers but no of course not as if everything could go as planned, now i'm also car-less unless i manage to custom fit everything.

Ik had een bestelling gemaakt waarvan een van de producten een hele lange levertijd had. Er werd mij kort na het plaatsen van de bestelling een mail gestuurd of ik een andere wilde wisselen naar een andere versie van het product i.v.m. een kortere levertijd. I never received my order
Dear Corben, on 08-07 you placed an order via our shop for a very small product for which the shop offers a ''budget'' shipping option (no tracking details and with shipping at own risk) as well in the check out. You can also choose the slightly more expensive shipping option with tracking details and shipped insured. You have choosen the first option which means that the product can still be on it's way to you via mail (mailbox delivery) and we can't trace the shipment eather. So we hope you understand that we don't have this in our control either and you choosen this option yourself. The product will 99,9% sure arrive but we can't tell exactly when. We hope that you understand our point of view as well in this case and that we now get ''punished'' for something we didn't choose ourselves or have within our own control. Order for part have now twice resulted in a cancellation and hustle to find alternatives du to indications of stock and afterwards outof stock 4 weeks period Just write when something is out of stock or the delivery is 4 weeks

Why we do this is because we deliberately provide stock information about our products afterwards, because many suppliers do not offer a ''stock link system'' and we do not want to show '' estimates '' in advance, like many other web shops do (which are often incorrect and give you wrong information in advance). If you don't wish to wait for an ordered product, or would like an alternative we will always offer you the option for a refund. Third purchase and as always everything perfect: accurate, fast and on time
EDIT: Updating the rating from 1 to 2 stars. The missing parts for my Honda Prelude were found eventually. They were packed inside the Intercooler box for my Honda Civic. The box was a branded Wagner Tuning box, and they just threw parts for another car into the box without making a single note or leaving a message. So right now my 2 cars are in 2 different service centers 350 kms apart. The parts for the first car are in the trunk of the second car. Because A4H delivered the whole package to the wrong address (to my wife instead of my mechanic), my wife didn't look inside of the boxes and just forwarded the packages to respective service centers. Now one more time I have to deal with all of these messed up logistics. Funny part: in the tracking system it shows that all the packages were received by ME. Which just can't be true: at the time of delivery I was at another location. And I'll explain the 2-star rating: their customer support was non-existent. I had to reverse-engineer all this crap myself. ======================== ORIGINAL REVIEW: Order 21087120 So after spending about 10,000 EUR in total and being, one could imagine, a valuable client I experienced a total incompetence in regard to the order handling. I requested the order to be delivered to my friend (address #1) — something, which was TRIPLE-checked in the course of our email correspondence. However the order got split in 2 parts and sent to a wrong (my wife's) address. My wife received only first part of the order and never received the second one. When several weeks later I wondered about the second part of the order (which was only about 200 EUR), the manager just sent me a link with "delivered" status for that part of the order, stating that he "hoped he informed me sufficiently". You guys mishandled the order, and instead of accepting the responsibility you just wrote me a kind of "f u" message. If you don't resolve this bullcrap as soon as possible, I initiate a chargeback procedur
Hello Sergey, i have looked in the system to your order and the issues that came with that order. As far as i can see there has been made some mistakes here and we would like to apologise for this. We do hundreds of orders every week and sometimes things like this can happen and it all happens with 1 specific customer (as always). Some spects have room for improvement 100% sure and ofcourse we don't want to loose you as a respectable costomer. On the other hand we hope that probably at your work, somtimes things happen that are very unfortunate and that you always would try to do your best. For example: Small products were placed in a box of a large product and you thought it was not supplied yet. We could have put a sticker on the box that says'' multiple items inside'' and most of the time we do. But if the warehouse is extremely busy like now, they sometimes forget to add this sticker. On the other hand, of the hundreds/thousands of boxes that arrive at our customers, parts are in different boxes as well and people just search all the boxes just to be sure it's not in a different one. That is why we hardly get complaints about this specific situation which occured at you. But in the end, we do agree that there is definatelly room for improvement and my colleague will contact you shortly to talk about a solution that works for you and us, so we can hopefully continue our cooperation.
